As a police officer, I have a tremendous opportunity to serve many people from different walks of life. As a police sergeant, I have a great responsibility of ensuring the success of newer officers. The Public Safety Development Group is an organization that will be able to accomplish both of these tasks at the same time. By providing high-quality training to first responders, we can provide high-quality service to our community.
